Delete your
account.
You only have an account if you turned on Sync. Deleting it removes everything stored in it.
1. In the app
Open Settings → Sync → Delete cloud account and confirm. This permanently deletes your synced data, your target photos in the cloud and your sign-in. Data stored on your phone is not affected.
2. If you can't open the app
Email support@downrangeprecision.com from the email address you sign in to Sync with (your Google address, or the one you receive sign-in codes at), with the subject "Delete my Downrange account". We'll delete your account and its data and confirm by reply, within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your synced groups, loads, rifles and barrels, round log, range sessions, zero resets, saved analyses and target presets
- Your target photos stored in the cloud
- The dates of your free analysis days
- Your sign-in record: the email address, and the Google identifier if you used Google, that we hold
Nothing is kept on our servers afterwards. Data on your phone is not affected: use Settings → Clear all data, or uninstall the app, to remove it. Purchase records are held by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies.
